If we claim it, we can point to the study. Every ingredient is selected on peer-reviewed evidence of effect at the dose we use — not on a trend report.
A wellness brand built on a simple observation: the supplement people keep taking beats the supplement that only looks better on paper.
Soken is a wellness brand developed by Tattvam Lifesciences. The name comes from Japanese: sō, vitality and harmony, and ken, health. Between them they describe what we are trying to hold in balance — the purity of natural ingredients and the precision of formulation science.
That balance is harder than it sounds. Most nutraceutical products fall short on one of two fronts. Some are scientifically sound but nobody finishes the bottle. Others are pleasant to take but the actives are present in quantities too small to do anything. We built Soken specifically to refuse both compromises.
Every formulation starts with the published literature, is dosed to the levels used in that literature, and is then delivered in a format designed around a real person's evening routine rather than around what is cheapest to manufacture.
Vitality and harmony on one side, health on the other. Nature and science, held in balance rather than traded off against each other.
Developed by Tattvam Lifesciences, a nutraceutical company with in-house formulation, manufacturing and regulatory capability under one roof in Ahmedabad.
Gummies and effervescents, not because they are fashionable, but because adherence is the variable that decides whether a supplement works at all.
Formulations are added only when the evidence for them is strong enough to stand on its own — eight in market today, more categories in development.
The context has shifted underneath us. Longer working hours, air that carries more than air, screens from waking to sleeping, and routines that no longer resemble the ones nutrition science originally studied. The need for preventive wellness has never been more obvious, and the tools have never been less convenient.
So we started from the friction rather than from the ingredient list. What makes somebody stop taking a supplement in week three? Usually not efficacy — usually the swallowing, the timing, the taste, the bottle left at the office.
Solve for that first, then bring the science up to meet it. That order is the whole idea. When wellness is enjoyable, it becomes sustainable, and a sustainable supplement is the only kind that has a chance of doing anything.
Not a wall of values. Four commitments that decide what we will and will not put in a formulation.
If we claim it, we can point to the study. Every ingredient is selected on peer-reviewed evidence of effect at the dose we use — not on a trend report.
Clinically relevant doses, standardised extracts, and bioavailable forms. No token inclusions added purely so that a name can appear on the label.
A product designed around a real routine. We treat taste, texture and timing as formulation problems, because they determine whether the science ever reaches the bloodstream.
Qualified suppliers, tested raw materials, documented batches. Every finished unit can be traced backwards to the lot it came from and forwards to where it went.
Healthcare still spends most of its attention downstream, on illness that has already arrived. We want nutrition to carry more of the weight upstream — to become a routine, unremarkable part of staying well rather than a response to being unwell.
Our daily work is narrower: read the literature, select the actives that survive scrutiny, dose them properly, and engineer a format somebody will reach for on day ninety. Then manufacture it to a standard that lets us stand behind every batch.

Exploring a private-label range, a bespoke formulation, or simply the category itself — we would like to hear about it.
